Please understand that when you forget or cancel your reservation without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time and Guests on our waiting list miss an opportunity to receive services.

Here at salon One 12 we value our stylist’s time and require a credit card on file to reserve your reservation. We ask you to please give us at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or to reschedule. If 24 hour notice is not given, there will be a charge of $25-$50. If a cancellation or reschedule is received same day, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). If you do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged the full 100% of the scheduled service(s).
