Our reservationist will give you a courtesy call, if your stylist is running behind schedule; Failure to do this you will be given a (20-min late) …15% discount off your service (up to $20 off ) the service or a complementary add on conditioning treatment at your next appointment. 30 minutes late you will receive 20% off service (up to $30 off) the service or a complementary haircut if your stylist has to reschedule you will receive 25% off service or a complementary treatment or complementary full-size product ( we will have a product bin for you to choose from)
