Please understand that when you forget or cancel your reservation without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time and Guests on our waiting list miss an opportunity to receive services

Here at salon One 12 we require a credit card on file to reserve your reservation we ask you to please give us at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or to reschedule we have a $25 charge for same day cancellations we will charge half of the services scheduled for no-show reservation
